The breaded chili rellenó will be stuffed with Gardein crumbles, chili chipotle, onions, cilantro, diced carrots, diced potatoes and melted vegan cheese. Topped with housemade red sauce, over a bed of Mexican rice and garnished with cilantro, diced red onions and cashew sour cream.
